Kristie's Story
I married Brad Ratliff from Conway, whom I had known most of my life through my church. I have a 14 year old son, Connor and a 10 year old daughter, Cassidy.
I taught school for a while and then became an assistant principal. I was given the opportunity to become a principal or move to central office to become a curriculum coordinator. I choose to move into central office where I can have a more flexible job and be the mom I need to be for Connor and Cassidy. I am the math specialist curri...Expand for more
culum coordinator for the North Little Rock School District. With my job, I also have the opportunity to travel out of state for trainings and conferences on the east and west coast which happen about once a quarter. I also work for the State Department of Education as a Praxis III Reviewer, Assessor and Trainer. I have several hours towards my doctorate and have taken a break because I am so very busy with my children. I plan to finish it after they are older.
