Kristie's Story
Life
i got married at 17 to jamie he was 21. we were married in october 1989 we waited 3 years before we decided we were ready for kids. our first child was a boy and 18 months later we had a girl. our 3rd child a girl was born 8 years later in 2000. we will celebrate our 17th anniversary this october. i was a stay at home mom for 12 of those years. my husband was permantly disabled in may of 2005. we await several back surgerys. he was an iron worker. he helped build several of the tulsa county fair buildings and the T.U. indoor arena. he was an iron worker since he was 17.so the buildings he put up are to many to name. we home school our oldest. and my 2 girls go to public school. they are both cheerleaders and play soccer. my son played youth football until last year. my oldest girl models for the gap and limited too. she does fashion shows at the mall in tulsa. and is in a commercial for vintage stock. we are currently looking to buy a home some where along lake tenkiller........well here it is christmas eve 2006 and i wanted to update. my husband had his first back surgery on 9/11. every thing went great. he has another some time in march. we were walking a mile a day 6 times a week. but its gotten colder now and getting cold and shivering hurts him. he has pysical therapy 3xs a week. we ended up buying a home in skiatook where he was raised and where we have been raising our own. other year. my husband has had 2 surgerys and had his spine fused bottom 2 verdebrates. now hes back to hanging iron again even though he was rated at 35% disabled but what can i say he is a man! at least he is not completely disabled like we were told he would be going in to this. ive been married 18 years nothing he does really surprises me. lol well my oldest is in high school (public now)so is my 14 year old. my 7 year old i homeschool i pulled her out of the 1st grade she has bypassed the tests for 1st and 2nd she is doing 3rd grade work and reading goose bump novels. i am so proud of all my kids. rachel is still modeling, zach gets to go to France for 20 days next summer and sarah the baby is excelling in her studies. now i need to work on slowing the husband down now that hes turning 40. look for me on my space under last name wolfe or miller.
Well life is going great i have met up with some old school friends on here(classmates site) and its been great hearing from them again after 20 years. i am disappointed that more of the schools i attended doesnt have reunions because i would be for going regardless of if i finished there. we moved around alot in jr.high and high school but i made awesome friends every where we moved and some i want to hear from others not so sure lol joke!! i cant think of 1 person well maybe just one that i wouldnt want to see. any how contact me would love to hear from any and all school mates!!
