I may be shown in the Brainard High School class but did not really attend there. I was trying to see if I could find some people who attended Dalewood Jr.High since I moved out of town during my last year there. I enjoyed that school, felt like I had a lot of friends there. I moved to Birmingham, AL.....finished middle school there and went to Berry High for a couple of years. I guess you could say that was the rebellious time of my life so my parents shipped me off to live with my Dad and "evil" step-mother in Statesboro, GA. I graduted Statesboro High in 1973 and still have a best friend from there. I had a job at ITT Grinell as a computer operator for a while during my senior year and after graduation but some friends talked me in to moving to the ATL which was fun for a couple of years. I worked for a private hospital in Admissions. I got tired of Atlanta and moved back to my root city of Birmingham. Took a couple of office jobs, met my first husband, Jim. We had two children, Jason & Summer, but things between Jim and me did not work out. So I was a single mom for most of my children's lives. It was hard of course trying to be a good mother and working to try to pay the bills but you just did what you had to do. I pretty much fell in to accounting with a CPA teaching me how to keep the financial statements balanced and correct.
