Kumar's Story
I left school in '78 and never graduated.. Wish I had! Went to Kenyon early instead for 1 year and then went to an aeronautical school but back then you had to have perfect eye sight to be a fighter pilot. Did my BS in computer science and a PHD from the U. of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Moved to California (Silicon Valley) in '93 and simply love it here. I'm 45 minutes from the ocean (but it's cold) and 4 hours from great ski slopes and this place is truly a mix of people from all over the world.

s in California. I"m on my third one. Previous one was acquired by Citrix in '11. The current one, Komprise is a lot of fun but also a lot of work.
I'm married and have two kids. I used to play on the tennis team in Mt. Vernon and both of my kids love and play tennis. Haven't been to Ohio in a long, long time and hope to make it there some time. My best friend in school was Greg Weber. We're still in touch and he lives in Columbus. That should be a good reason to go and visit!
LIfe's been hectic but very good overall.
