Lana's Story
Life
Hi,
Here it is 2007, and I've moved once again to a great town in Ma. Haverhill was where they manufactured shoes for about 200 years. The old factories, on the Merrimack River have been made into Loft Condos and it is booming. Boston is only a 40 minute train ride, and if there is no traffic, a 40 minute drive.
Lots of restaurants and galleries right outside my front door.
My daughter and her family are only 10 miles from here.
My old friend Francine Bologna (class 1959), and I still stay in touch even though she lives upstate New York.
Don't know if anyone remembers my brother, Joel Raboye, class of 1958, well, he won the Florida lottery in Feb. 2007 on Valentine's Day. He is now retired and loving it.
Not much more happening in my life.
Update:
It's June 2008, and I'm on the move again. This time I'm moving to Tamarac Florida, at the end of July.
It's just too cold up here for me. Also, so many of my friends are in Florida and of course, my brother, the millionaire. (Just joking)
Looking forward to relaxing and hopefully get together with some old friends. Sherry Cohen, an old friend lives near by. I hope I can get to see Mike Martin, too.

August 1, 2008
Here I am again, now located in Tamarac, FLorida.
It's taking a while to get things settled, but as soon as I do get settled, I hope to get in touch with some of the old gang. I hope everyone is well, and I will write more in the near future.
Sept 2011
Enjoying the sun, but I do miss the changing of the seasons....
I've been in contact with Michael Martin, my neighborhood friend in Massapequa. Park, and his lovely wife.
I hope to be able to get together with some other Grads from Howitt High down here, this Winter.
Marc 2014
Hi everyone, I'm still in Tamarac, Florida. Enjoying the weather, especially this year. My family lives in Boston, and they had a terrible winter.
I hope I can get to LI to share in our 55 year reunion.
I hope everyone is healthy and enjoying their lives. I know some of us have lost our partners, and I only hope that those who are left, find happiness in their families, or lucky enough to find another person to fill those lonely nights.
Life is short and getting shorter. I've decided to have dessert first, just in case.
