Lance's Story

In brevity, I was employed by Radio Shack as a computer specialist, later became the Regional Area Director and responsible for opening new Radio Shack stores in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. I have no children and am divorced after a 23 year relationship. After Clark County took some property from me without payment in 1993, I filed a suit and won, Clark County refused to obey the judges decision and our state Supreme Court in 1998 upheld my victory. Judge Tom Lodge had also ruled that Clark County's oppressive behavior was a violation of our Constitutional Rights which allowed my attorney Mark Allen Erikson to file a second suit for damages, legal costs and fees. The fees alone surpassed $300,000.00. But, Erikson was not a man of character for he had failed to file that suit timely and properly and I lost that case. Erikson had also kept that secret a failure from me as well in order to protect himself from accountability. Nevertheless, I filed a professional malpractice suit against him, and drew near retirement Superior Court Judge Robert Harris. Meanwhile in the background Mark Erikson was being investigated by the Washington Bar Association for misconduct against other clients which resulted in him being placed under probation for two years and a suspended license in Oregon. Harris it is believed dismissed my complaint knowing full well that had he allowed my case to have gone forward and prevailed on charges against him, the bar association would have returned with greater ...Expand for more
punishments against Erikson. Sadly there were several acts in which laws have been broken. My Seattle attorney against Erikson made eight requests of judge Harris to review affidavits, evidence and testimony in support of my allegations against Erikson, but Harris ignored those requests. Currently, notice has been provided to the county officials, the governor and the state legislature concerning the conduct of former Judge Harris, who while in office, forfeited that office but for two years thereafter continued to render decisions against other individuals. The ramifications for Harris's continued unlawful representation is that the Federal Supreme Court has entered decisions that state that when judges lack authority, any decisions they make are null and void, they are non-binding.This means those who stood before him between 2004 and 2006 and went to prison, or had their children removed from their home, or bought or sold a business was unlawfully done and are not valid decisions and should not have been meted out. Life has been an interesting story, In many ways I have deep regrets too (Judi).I often ponder about the "kid's" graduating from high school now, who seem to lack the knowledge that we had gained from our years of education and moral upbringing. Today, I have a 13-year relationship with a wonderful Christian woman and a 28-year walk with God, as I hope my classmates to do. To all my classmates, I wish each of you good health as we prepare for the not-so-far-off trip to eternal life. Lance B.
