Lance's Story
Life
I imagine I have a fairly pedestrian bio. I never really left Newark. Once I graduated, I started working for the school district while I went to college. I wound up playing in Dennis Frese's band (Soul Minority) for upwards of 15 years. I became a police officer in 1978. I am now a Captain, and have had some great experiences with some awesome officers. Of course, it isn't all positive.

it that I have every instrument known to Humankind, and I use them in my more serious work. Scuba diving has been a steady passion throughout life, as has marathon running. I am lucky enough to have an animal for a son, and this year marks our third Alcatraz swim together. Life is busy.
I am a fortunate man. My wife of 15 years treats me like no other. My five kids are all doing well. ( Geez, my son is going to work on his PhD!) I think of all of my classmates with an acute heart--I more than remember--I keep their friendship with me always.
