Lance's Story
Life
Having left Dupont after graduating, I went to the UW and became a Seattle person. Worked my way through school at Nordstrom. Took as many film making classes as available (not that many!). Worked as a RocknRoll DJ at KCMU, where the Grunge sound was born. Became a Punk. Graduated from the U in '86 with a BA in Drama. Moved to New York right after to pursue film production. Got into NYU for film in 1990. Started working at Camera Service Center to intern as a cameraman. Joined I.A.T.S.E LOCAL 600 in 1993. Have been working as an Assistant Cameraman since then. ears out of touch moved in with her in '96, married in '97. She gave birth to our beautiful son, Teddy, in 2002. Survived devastating apartment fire in 1999. Was on location during Sept. 11 and was unable to go back to New York during the lock down. Interesting experience taking 12 hours to get home 4 miles away during the Blackout of '03. Living the hipster parent life in Park Slope Brooklyn (Oy Vey). Building business as cinematographer, stunt and action camera specialist. Look me up on IMDB.COM
