Landra's Story
Life
Hi! At School everyone knew me as Landra Jones. Young, innocent as were we all. Now at the ripe old age of 54, I long for the more innocent times, the times we were in such a hurry to grow up and move away from. Now the thoughts of old friends from school bring a smile to my face and a longing to know what happened to so many of you. I married my high school sweetheart, Gilbert Pascua, and we had 3 beautful daughters. Gil went into the Army and was sent to Viet Nam. War is hell, and it changed him, and after ten years, I finally had had enough, and got a divorce. Gil and I remain friends today, and stay in touch. I remarried five years later, had another beautiful daughter, and added a stepson and stepdaughter to my family. Chip and I just celebrated our 23...Expand for more
rd anniversary. We have been seperated, but are planning a reconciliation. We have been blessed with 16 wonderful grandchildren ranging in age from 19yrs. to 6mth old twins. I have had some medical problems that almost killed me, but by the grace of God am still here today. I live in South Dakota now, and love it, but I sure miss the islands. The last time I was there was in 2000 for my oldest daughters wedding. She and her husband live there. I just recently lost my father to cancer, and am feeling the need to connect with old friends, and more innocent times. I love to watch "Grease" coz it reminds me of the years at Radford, the carnivals and such. Anyone that remembers me, feel free to contact me. Would love to see how everyone is doing.
