When I graduated from school, I was married and now have two grown children. I have 3 grandsons and 3 great grandsons. I achieved my goal of being a doctors receptist and went on to work for and manage the office of 3 doctors, an optometrist 2 ophthalmologist, an optician all in one office. Before I did that though I was a teacher's aide for 6 years in Gonzales, Texas. In this position I had my own small class in each classroom that I helped in. My husband and I have seen our 25th, 45th, and now our 50th wedding anniversary. We are living in Freer, Texas which is in South Texas. It is very hot and dry, and on good days it is humid. We have retired and have a dog named Ginger that keeps us entertained. She is quite vocal and people think she is being aggressive, but it is really her way of communicating. We live 60 miles from the Mexican border and Larado, Texas. We used tp shop in Larado, but it has become to mean to even visit, so we do our big shopping in Alice, Texas now.
