I left Texas in 1979 to pursue a career in music. I migrated to LA and had some success as a musician most notably working with Peter Sweval who was the bassist/songwriter for Looking Glass. Our class will remember their hit "Brandy". Pete and I worked together until his death. I went on to become a successful disc jockey in Los Angeles & later in San Francisco.
