Lara's Story
Wow! I never thought I would try and reach back into the past and sign up for one of these things. But...I moved back to the area after 20+ years and I have had quite a bit of driving down memory lane, what a trip.
This thing we call life has been an amazing ride and I have been collecting trinket's & bumper stickers to boot. I have lived in many different places around the beautiful south & north western part of our great country. All the way from Seattle WA, to Santa Fe NM, to Sacramento CA. And now I am back where it all started. Life is funny that way.
I did most of my travels in my twenties (Europe in my early thirties) and somehow end...Expand for more
ed-up in Sacramento (which is a really great place!)were I decided to go back to school and received my degree in Exercise Physiology. Sacramento is also were I met my best friend, Gary, who is now my husband.
A year a go we were given an amazing opportunity to work and live in Santa Barbara and my husband (who grew up in Tulsa OK) jumped at the chance and we are loving it! It's good to be back on the beach again.
I was sad to have missed the 1988s' 20 year reunion so maybe that is the real reason for my wanting to reach out and see if I could find some of the amazing people I went to high school with.
