Laree's Story
As things were left in 1973 I had dated and gone with Randy Kurtanic for 3 years,he went on to college,most of us know how long distant relationships work out.I wish Randy well,hear he has been married twice has like 6 kids.
As most of you know I married in my Jr. year and left school,I did get a GED in 1974 went to El Centro studied business and child development. My husband and I left Dallas in April of 1978 for Los Angeles,he was an engineer and got a great job so we went.We stayed married for eight years.
In 1980 I met and married a man in California,in 1984 we had twin boys John and Stephen,in 1987 my husband and soul mate Jack was diagnosed with te...Expand for more
rminal cancer,he passed away only 8 months after finding out he had it.I was alone out here with no family and two 3 year old twins.
After a period of time,I met someone that had never been married and he loved me as well as my sons and we have been married for 20 years and are getting ready to be grandparents again in Nov.08
I forgot one big change in my life.In 2001 I suffered a massive stroke due to complicated migraine,was paralized for almost a year on my entire left side,lots of work and therapy and determination now I am good and can hold my grandchildren,I have had heartbreak in my life but find that pushing on and praying got me through it...
