Larry's Story
I remember not liking high school very much. I was pretty much a loner. I did have some fun with a rock band though. We were pretty much your run of the mill garage band. Our name was "Monterey". I drove a blue 1965 Pontiac Bonneville convertable with the name "Montery" stenciled on the side. It was a very wonderful time. John Robbins was on lead guitar and Tom Crump was on base. We did, I think, a total of 2 shows, one at the National Guard Amory. I don't remember wha the other one was. I wasn't very good on drums but had a great time anyway. er on drums that I was and he was the base player if that tells you anything.
Went on to do 12 years in the United States Air Force and loved it all. Got out to start my own business. By the time it caved in I was too old to go back into the Air Force. Got into computers after that and am still going strong in that field.
Since I was a loner I really don't think that any of you would remember me. But if you do let me know. You'll have to help me with names though. I appoligize for that but it's just a fact. My dad got all the genes for remembering names not me.
