Larry's Story
Life
Born in 1951 when my parents were living in Brownsville Brooklyn I was a little tyke when the clan moved to Pink Houses in East New York Brooklyn. A new life began for us on April 10, 1959 when we moved into Building 3 apartment 6F. I attended PS 224, JHS 214 and 218, Food and Maritime Trades H.S. and F.K. Lane as well. My graduating year would have been 1969 if I had not gone into the Army in 1968. Off to S. Carolina for Basic Traing and Advanced Infantry Training before going to Georgia to Signal School.
Following Georgia, I was sent to Germany and stationed...Expand for more
in Butzbach. Exciting year was spent there and then I was assigned to go to Viet Nam. I spent just less than a year and was out of the Army before my 20th birthday. Life was now in full swing. Back to the Pink Houses for some hanging out and having fun.
If you know me from the old days or one of the schools I attended, get in touch with me. I am in touch with many of the folks from the old neighborhood (170+)and I can show you how you can get in touch too for free. No charge like you got this far here on Classmates.com for free.
Hope to hear from you soon.
