Larry's Story
June 2017, I will be married for 35 years to my wonderful wife Mary. We have 3 daughters and five grandkids. I retired from a combination of the Army Guard, Army Reserve, and the Air Force Reserve after a 33 year career, with a total of 4 years active duty. During this time I was sent to many overseas locations in Asia and Europe, but my favorite will always be Hawaii. I am also a retired Peace Officer from the California Youth Authority. Vacaville for a couple of years. I Then transferred to Karl Holten School in Stockton as a Youth Counselor. I was also a disc jockey at KSTN until I was called up for active duty. Along the way I also tried my hand at being an Eligibility worker and an Employment training Specialist for the Human Services department for San Joaquin county. I am fully retired but I am very busy, I don't know how I found time to work all of those years. I listen to Country music, Standards, and Hawaiian. I have been very fortunate and thankful for all the good things that have come my way.
