I know I have never posted my background, but today was my retirement day from USAA after over 22 years of service to our military community as an auto claims field damage appraiser/adjuster in Colorado.
Just a note to anyone who plans to visit, hot air ballooning is very popular in Colorado...
I wish to thank everyone who sent me a 'congrats' on my retirement from USAA. It still hasn't sunk in in yet, but I'm not going to miss going out tomorrow in the lovely 3 degree snowy weather expected to inspect someones v
