Larry's Story
Life
Currently living in Daytona Beach Shores, FL, Retired and doing a lot of Fishing. I also race and travel extensively. My hair is a little grayer now, but other than that, I haven't changed much :-)
School
My biggest crush knows who she is! Mr. Barnes and Mrs. Ruth Norman inspired me the most. Strange that they were both English teachers and I had no interest in it at the time, but I must have absorbed it through osmosis because it all certainly "stuck". Greatest memories were of Mr. Bobela (Bobella?) in study hall, stomping on his hat after he left the room and then flipping burning matches and screws from the desks at him while he was reading (sent to the office for that one!).
College

reer and several schools, but finally obtained a degree in biology. It was all a total blast, however.
Workplace
The best part of it is that I have always progressed in salary, no matter what I have done.
Military
Traveled the world and traveled with and personally met presidents and heads of state. I never thought I would ever be involved in some of the situations I was fortunate to find myself in. Went in as a Private and retired after 26 years as an officer. Completed a combat tour, served honorably, and survived, unlike many of my best friends, who never came home but whose names are now engraved on a wall. I still miss them and always will. I only wish they could have been as lucky as me. As for my part, I'd do it all over again.
