Farewell dinner. The food prepared by the teen aged girls included 3 home grown chickens, ugoli, fruit and vegetables. The food shown fed nearly forty people.

A typical dinner in the Onyango household. The large white dish sitting in the center of the table that resembles a cake is Ugoli (boiled flour made into a cake). It is a staple of at least one meal a day.
