Larry's Story
Life
During the Fall of 2008, I retired early to take care of my mom, who has come down with dementia. Retiring early has been tough, but Mom needs help.
Prior to retirement, I was a technology trainer for public school teachers. Before that, I taught at RUSK ISD, and SHELBYVILLE. I received much of my experience overseas in Ghana, West Africa, where I worked as a communications specialist for the Southern Baptist Convention.

College of the Mainland (took my basics, was directed to TSTC afterwards)
Texas State Technical College (Associate degree in electronics and laser optics)
Dallas Baptist College (Bachelors Degree in Physics and Theology [yeah, that's a combination!!!])
Stephen F. Austin University (Masters Degree in education and business---secondary teaching certificate)
For you teachers who helped me and never said that I was a dummy, I wish I could personally hug you and express my thanks upon many thanks. Alas, you'd be at least in your 80s and 90s by now. I'll never have the opportunity.
