e still reside. The City of Los Angeles Police Department, Scientific Investigation Division, Photographic Section, employ me as the Principal Photographer. The range of my duties as Principal Photographer is to direct the entire photographic operation within the Department from managing 44 employees (Supervisors, Field Photographers, Lab Techs and Clerks) to managing the annual budget for a full service digital photographic lab. My wife of 21 years "Constance" and I have two children; a son, Lawrence, born in 1991 and a daughter, Constance, born in 1994 (we kept it simple with the names).
