Larry's Story
Life is still a great ride. We experienced our first hurricane (Ike) sustained significant damage to our house, had to rebuild and now enjoying a great house. Carole and I are going to be married 28 years. She truly has become my best friend and I adore her, but time is going way to fast. My oldest Jeff is studying to be a petroleum engineer at Colorado School of Mines, Claire is a junior in High school and Ellie is in 8t grader. They all have unique personalities and God has blessed them with some great gifts. I enjoy growing in my relationship with Christ⦠heâs had his work cut out with me, but my faith in Christ has stayed strong. Carole and I dedicate our time, gifts and possessions to youth ministry including Middle school, High School and College. We enjoy a house full of young people; they bring life and energy to our lives. Iâm always amazed at their faith and their thrust for Christ. volved into a reader; I have a passion for movies, which I enjoy with my family. My bucket list includes reconnecting with my family back in Albuquerque, visiting Europe with Carole, building an outdoor pizza oven in my back yard, walking across the golden gate, learning to play the piano, learning to speak Italian, walking my beautiful daughters down the ail, more to come. I miss Stuffys stuffed sopapillas, the Sandia mountains, NM sunsets, the NM State fair, the frontier restaurant, the Rio Grande, old town, old friends and family. I miss my grandmotherâs voice. I enjoyed great times growing up in Albuquerque. So many people were important in shaping me as a person. Itâs amazing to see where some to the more impressionable individuals whom crossed my lifeâs path, have ended up. Leaders, educators, influencers⦠lights in the world. I pray that God will bless you and your familyâs lives. To all my Young life friends, keep the faith. To those of you who blessed my life in my Jr High, High school and young adult years⦠Thank You.
