Lashunda's Story
I am an independent Educational Consultant for public, private schools and other organizations. I am also the author of When I Learned to Read, the Director of The Read With Ease Reading Center and the Training Manager for The Peabody Hotel.

I have received several awards and have been in the media for my help and dedication in trying to make sure that all children are reading at grade level. I guess Hillcrest did teach me something, the importance of education.
I am conducting a workshop at The Whitehaven Branch Library on July 24th at 6:00 entitled "The Magic of Motivating Children to Read". The workshop is Free and open to the public.
