Does anyone have Felix Ruffin's contact information. My grandmother passed away and my family wanted him to know if he wanted to attend.
But they still live on.
3/4 of the city was destroyed.
They can't get it all up.
But the memory is still there. Along with the lava rock that hardened.
So they use as much as they can.
The plants have grown back.
Because the lave flowed slowly.
This was about 7 years ago.
Almost everyone escaped.
And carving valleys.
Forming peaks.
Making craters.
It exploded and sent lava pouring out of the ground.
The lava spread for miles around.
The pressure built up so much.
It began to collect in one spot.
It reached a point where it couldn't flow anymore.
The lava traveled underground for about 30 - 50 miles.
The Volcano erupted and everyone watched.
