Laura's Story
as many of you probably remember, I was the oldest of 9 children (all starting with letter "L") with only a 12 yr spread between us; there was almost always a Barnette in some grade for awhile in the Lawrence school system-- anyway, I did marry my high school sweetheart, Mike, but after 30 years of marriage, we split up. We have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. I have always worked in the health care field in some capacity or another since LC. king classes in medical coding at IUPUI-- so you can see I keep pretty busy; not much time to see the little ones as I'd like. I spend most of my free time (what there is of it) reading or watching old movies on TCM and love to do crossword puzzles; I'm looking forward to spring so I can get out in my flower garden. I don't date anyone-- after so long with one person I'm not sure I could-- having trouble "letting go" I guess--- anyone out there with any advice??
