I work on a 21/2 inch large two-pronged metal piece, called a jaw that is used in a medical gun that shoots tiny staples. The surgeon uses the staples to close off arteries or veins when doing gall bladder surgery on large animals. I have also worked on medium largeones...Expand for more
which are used on human surgeries. There is also a medium one that is used on children and infants. It is very exact work, which is done under a magnifying camera that is projected onto a computer screen. Exact measurements are necessary so there are comparators that measure them.
