Hmmm I have been up to alot...where shall I start? Well I tried nursing school NCC, it didn't stick, I was crying too much so I went out into the work force. I have been...R U ready a Billing Rep for Jamaica Water Supply, Lab Tech, and cashier...I worked for A&S and in the Flea Market. I went to Bartending school and was a Bartender then manager at several bars all the while always waitressing. I have been the Chef at a Healthfood store in Massapequa and an Sous Chef at a place in Glen Head. I have been a coat check girl and a dishwasher. Would you believe an Aerospace Tech for the U.S Air Force during Desert Storm (Loved that job!)I worked on KC-10 at MAFB. I have travelled all over the country and the world and have lived in 5 different states. Now I live in Cleveland, Ohio. Its like L.I. used to be when we grew up but no Jones B...Expand for more
each ..sniffle. I have a five year old daughter and I am married for the second time to my soulmate who I met on Yahoo, IN a chat room would you believe...Giggle. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which I diagnosed with after the Military... with a cane and a limp I went to cooking school "The Natural Gourmet" in Manhatten. Using food not drugs I healed my Body Mind and Soul. I go to the gym 5 of 7, rollerblade and play racket ball and am the happiest woman alive! Thank God for my Arthritis! I now own my own business "A Chef of Me Own, Ltd." and for the fouth time in as many Colleges and States I am starting again to finish my degree in Nutrition. I would like to get a PhD- One never knows does one?
Life is a rollercoaster so don't be afraid to put your hands up and scream...but ALWAYS keep your eyes open because the ride is too short to miss!
