Laura's Story
Life
After I finished being that drama freak/band geek in high school, I went to UNM to become a certified drama freak. Professional, that is. I did technical theatre for a long time and then I decided I wanted a real adventure: a family.
Well one divorce later, I am a single parent, a committed born again Christian and working in graphic arts. I sing now so I cannot still be classified as a band geek but I am a better singer than I ever was a musician, so I guess that...Expand for more
all evens out.
I have lived all over this country and what do you know? There is no place like New Mexico. I love it here. For every place I have lived (and they were beautiful), none could match this state in my heart for all that I grew up hating it.
For those who might remember, I still write. I have a whole series of books I have worked on but have not published yet. If that does not happen, that's just fine. That does not lessen the value of the creativity.
