Laura's Story
Life is magical. I've lived in Denver since June, 1983 and having enjoyed all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. My husband, Jeff, and I enjoy traveling overseas as well. However, while at home, I become an arm chair traveler by reading books about other cultures. My latest favorite was titled Plum Wine. It's set in 1965 in Hiroshima, Japan. We have not traveled to Asia yet, but are planning a trip to China in 2009. Now I'm thinking we may like to visit Japan as well.

with emphasis in photography last year. I loved every minute of it. Some of the photos from my senior thesis exhibition can be viewed on U tube. Typing in my full name if the best way to find it.
As for rejoining the real world, well, I'm postponing it as long as possible. But when I do, I plan to work part-time for the Visiting Nursing Association. Hope to see you all for our 25th reunion!
PS. If you're feeling old, I highly recommend Deepak Chopra's book Ageless Body, Timeless Mind. I'm reading it now, and taking notes on how to be timeless and ageless. lol.
