Laura's Story
Life
I can't believe I've never left SJ. I joined "Silicon Valley"- working in Purchasing and Sales. Married twice, three kids: 18-year daughter, 16-year son and a 8-year old daughter...depending on how she is acting, I either feel very young or VERY OLD.
Recently, I decided to get out of hi-tech world of cubicles and layoffs and go into an entirely new direction. Something that I'm actually interested in and have fun doing. After getting my feet wet in the home impro...Expand for more
vement arena by designing/selling custom storage, i.e., closets, garages, home offices, etc., I recently joined a company that sells and installs residential elevators, stairway lifts, wheelchair platforms and other "lifting" devices...yes, it has its "ups and downs" - lol. My territory is from San Mateo to Carmel. A lot of driving, but definitely more enjoyable and rewarding then sitting in that cubicle :-) Let me know if you are in my "territory".
