Laura's Story
Hi Everyone from EKHS and Adam's JR High. I went to Adams for Jr High, and moved to Kentwood in my 9th grade year. I kept in touch throughout my high school year with many from Dearborn so I still think of Dearborn as my grad class too.
I have been married to a Dearborn grad 0f 1977 Mike Harder for 27 years now. We have lived in 9 states due to his carreer. I have worked mostly in the bookkeeping field and medical field. But I am now at stay at home mom. We have to awesome children. Brittany is now 18, out of highschool and due to have a baby girl May 08. She will be starting a xraytech program in the fall. yer. His dreams are to go big. We now live in a very small amish town in south central PA. I would say it is a great place to raise kids, no drugs or gangs... but on the other hand it has lots of corn fields and farms and not much to do and that is why all the kids have babies young like my daughter!! So I guess I am the lucky one who gets to raise another baby in the years I should be having my mid-life crisis. Ha Ha.
My husband and I like to travel oversea's each year and see how people in other countries live. We have been many places including Romania where we adopted our daughter from. And I must say I am proud to be an american and so is she!
