Laura's Story
Life
I married Jim Steinbaugh in February of 1978 and we're still married! We have 3 sons: Matthew, 35, Chad, 33, and Joel, 27. I was a stay-at-home mom for many years and operated a home daycare until my youngest started first grade, then I went back to school and earned my BA in Communications from UW. and Jim works at Boeing. Matt (who is married to Kim) lives in Kirkland and is a mortgage auditor. Chad is an Industrial Arts teacher in the Northshore School district. He and his wife, Kelli, live in Everett and have two children: Cameron, age 5 and Brooke, age 2. Our youngest son Joel works as a Business Analyst in Seattle. Jim and I recently bought a beach cabin in Ocean Shores and have spent many happy days staying there. We live in Everett.
