Life
Hello to the class of 1976..
As I rapidly approach my 50th birthday, I am stunned at how fast the time has flown by. I still feel like I'm in my 20's.
I've been a nurse since the early 80's, and worked in all areas. I was divorced in 1998 and moved to Philadelphia, a city that was amazing and I loved it there. I have re-married and we returned to Norman recently, something I was hesitant to do. But you know what they say about never saying never. . Norman will always be home and there are things that I love here, but I do wish there was more to do. But I guess that's what makes traveling even more fun. I have two great daughters, the oldest, Amy, has a film degree and lives in Santa Fe, and works in the movie industry as an Art Department Co-ordinator, Ashley graduated from OU with a degree in Theatre and Costume Design, and she now lives in Albuquerque and is also now working in the movie business. ave great friends and I love hanging out and traveling with them. In the summer I like to live in the water.Life is good and I am just begining to explore parts of the world that I've always wanted to. I love to travel and am still trying to figure out where my favorite place is. I love music and wine tasting, snorkeling, hanging out with friends and family. My husband works in the Nuclear field and after having gone back and forth to Phoenix from Norman for the past year we have now moved to Phoenix. We are enjoying the nice weather and looking forward to not needing a coat this winter. I miss my family and friends in Norman, though and feel as if I am starting over again. It can be scarey and overwhelming sometimes but I am doing my best to make the best of it..I'd love to catch up with you, so drop me a note, or send me an e-mail, and we can exchange info.
