Laura Rogers:  

After High school my life went as follows: Post-Secondary Education includes: B.ED. ECE, then working with the elderly courses included: PCA, nursing,and Medical Office Assistant. Started a daycare, Got married and had 3 children (girl, boy, girl) Got sick with a brain haemorrhage at which time my husband left us. As a single parent I adopted my nieces¿ daughter bringing her home from the hospital at 5 days old. I had a successful Daycare with 80 children and 20 staff, I've driven highway tractor, been a Roofer, a Personnel care attendant, unit clerk, nurse, and office controller. I broke my back in 2004 which left me in a wheelchair for a time, which left me disabled. Tired of the crazy drivers and the ¿rat race¿ in Calgary, in 2006 I sold my home and I was placed in Olds, AB. I started to attend Word of Life Church was baptised and became filled with the Holy Spirit. Surrounded by many Christian friends and family, I started a new life. The Lord has healed me to where I was able to go on a mission trip to Rwanda, Africa in Nov/09.
