ed the Bike Ride for Babies. Born in Lawerence County, Kentucky on November 13, 1950. At the age of 19, he fought in the Vietman War to protect millions of people he would never meet. Helater developed lung cancer caused by a pesticide called Agent Orange that he came into contact with during the war. Later on in his life he started a motorcycle ride to raise money for children who never had a chance to be born. He went home to be with our Lord on January 21, 2010, Leaving behind the "Jim Stambaugh Memorial Bike Ride for Babies."".
