Life
My daughter Kailynn is in her 2nd year at Texas State. Wants to be a high school English teacher, God love her. My son, William, is getting ready to start 8th grade at Murchison MS. Oy. Middle school boys are quite interesting! He's in the band and playing trumpet. I'm still (I'm beginning my 25 year!) teaching 6th grade at Bryker Woods Elementary. I still love what I do, and ironically Karen Baird, also an AHS 1980's alumni, started working there this...Expand for more
spring! I continue to sing and am doing theatre when I can. Most recently, I played "Mrs. Potts" in the Zilker Summer Musical, "Beauty And The Beast". (btw: Wearing a teapot costume is super hot in a Texas August!) My own family is great and we have recently celebrated my older sister, Beth's, heart transplant which was completed in January '08. Quite an amazing experience and one I will gladly share with anyone who is interested! Hope all is well with you!
