Laura's Story
Life
I met my wonderful husband, Scott, at work of all places in 1996. We became fast friends, and it developed (obviously) into much more. We were married August 5, 2000. In 2004 Scott transfered from South Bend to the Lansing, MI office of DLZ where he is an architect. I had been working at DLZ Indiana, LLC since 1990 as their Office Services Coordinator prior to our move. In September of 2004 I gave birth to our first child, Grace Elizabeth! was born! Our girls are wonderful and beautiful and we are incredibly happy! I am a stay-at-home mom and love it! In the Spring of 2007 we moved to Holt, MI, which is just outside of Lansing, so Scott would be closer to the office (we had been living in Battle Creek near his family, but he got tired of the hour drive each way to work). Our family is enjoying the new home, neighborhood and the community! Life is never dull in our house as both girls are keeping us busy and on our toes at all times!
