Laura's Story
I am happily married to a police officer (Jory) who is currently in Afghanistan mentoring/training civilian police. After 23 years as a police dispatcher, I have moved on to complete my degree in medical laboratory technology at long last! Feb. Jory and I moved to Colorado in 2003, and live in the highest incorporated town in the U.S., Alma, at 10,578 ft. (We just wanted to get away from the south Texas heat...I think we succeeded!) We love to travel and have actually managed to keep it up, even though Jory has been out of the country for over a year. 2008 promises to be an eventful year, let me know how yours is shaping up!
