Well...after graduation I attended Whitworth College in Spokane Washington. I studied sports medicine while there. In 1982 I moved to Minnesota. Been trying to escape the cold sense. LOL. I've been divorced and remarried in 1994. We just celebrated our 24th anniversary this summer. I was never able to children of my own but have been blessed with nieces, nephews, and cousins. I seem to always find myself surrounded by children. The last 8 years I have basically been a nanny for a dear friend who had a child late in life. It's been the most wonderful experience of my life. So to know I would have been an awesome mom and would have enjoyed every moment has been the greatest gift ever. The 2 of us have a bond that will last a lifetime. I remember when Chase was 8 yrs old saying "Laurie, I sure hope you are still alive when I have kids." I asked why and he responded "I want you to be apart of their life too."
