l skills. My husband Bill is a Transportation Engineer and is Director of Budget and Operations. Bill and I enjoy sailing and cruising on our wonderful boat "Rhapsody in Blue II". Our dream is to eventually retire and cruise up and down the eastern coastline and down into the Caribbean. We also plan on doing some serious cruising along the mediterrean in the future if we can get our boat over there.
