Laurilee's Story
After living the first 50 years of my life in Olympia WA., I moved to Arizona desert in 2004, where I now live on just over an acre, about 15 from Goodyear Arizona.
It took me a while, but I've come to love living in the desert. The winters are awesome and the summers....well, their hot! But I've got central air and a beautiful view of the annual Monsoon storms; lightening, duststorms, and Haboo's included.
I worede at the nations fastest growing Natural foods Grocery store, Sprouts, in Avondale AZ. (not far from the Phoenix International Raceway and NASCAR!)
But now I'm enjoy...Expand for more
ing retirement and having time for grandkids, traveling, and creating art.
My 3 children gave me 6 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters!
IGeez does that make a person feel old or what?!
I am still creating artwork and would love to show you, but this site won't let me include any websites or personal info, so look me up on facebookl if you would like and we can go from there.
I still have a great love for animals, and have numerous pets which include one Parrot, 3 Parakeets, and 6 (yes 6!) dogs, 4 of which are rescues.
