Lawrence's Story
After graduating in 1967 from Osseo High I was lucky enough to attend Carleton College (1971 graduate), before seeking an advanced degree at Iowa State University (Ph.D. in experimental nuclear physics in 1975). I continued learning about physics and life as an Alexander von Humboldt scholar in Giessen, Germany.

We have a house in Bangor, Maine... a "camp" (cabin in midwestern parlance) on Jacob Buck Pond... and a humble winter place in Mesa, Arizona. I am grateful to have received a good start at OHS and, although a shy student, have embraced a philosophy of kindness, love and inclusiveness.
