Lawrence's Story
Ok- her goes. After graduating from Apple Valley, I attended VVC played football and graduated with my AA degree. I had a full scholarship to Oklahoma, but did not like it. I went to Humbolt State and stayed for a while then came back and attended Cal State LA. I eventually obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Management.
I met my wife(Jural) and in 1974 joined the LAPD. We got married in 1975, and I have two sons.
While a Officer I worked a variety of positions, Gangs, Homicide, patrol and made detective working a specialized unit, Criminal Conspiracy Section.
I retired after 26 yrs and currently work...Expand for more
for the LA County Public Defender's Office as a Investigator. I have been with them for the past 7 yrs.
We love to travel and have travelled to Alaska, Tahiti, Cooke Island, French Polynesians, Caribbean, Bahamas, Mexico, Turkey, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belguim, Greece and Hawaii. And we plan to travel this year to the Panama Canal.
My son Brian came home and is living with us for a minute. And my other son Brannon lives in Las Vegas with his wife.
I play golf as often as I can and try to stay active with fishing, hunting and weight lifting.
We now live in Upland, Ca.
