-- I have survived a coup d'etat in Africa, being a film director in LA, and just plain old growing up on the streets of New York City in the 70's -- but I love tender, sweet things about life that make my heart melt - things that make me cry... and have often felt the contrast of the concrete jungle of new york city with red rocks of Sedona, and had tears in my eyes from the overwhelming sense of opposite realities...
I am a demythologist. I love turning life upside down in a delicious way... For me, life can be experienced two ways -- either without form -- transcending everything, and trying to be above it all -- or with form -- through the body electric. I choose to experience this life right here and now... through the body, through experience. I believe in experience and living... I love chocolate cake... dancing in the moonlight...hot springs and crisp winter days... I am fulfilled, happy, at ease, and free within myself -- my stupidity and uncertainty makes me laugh... In fact I'm laughing at my inability to spell right now...
I have studied so many modalities of healing... I am a master healer, face reader, energy tracker, and tantric master... I teach about sexuality for women and men...

A gross misunderstanding about the way life is that you think is correct because that's what you were told by someone else -- and generally someone else who has been dead for a really long time. My current myth: laugh until your ass hurts... and then there's yoga... I love yoga...I'll walk 10 miles for a great yoga class...".
