Life My Spouse Met on a blind date during spring break in Daytona Beach FL My Pets I now have a delightful golden retriever rescue dog. My Job I am now retired from my 35+ year career with various agencies of the federal government. My last position was as Chief Judge of the Roanoke, VA , Office of Hearings and Appeals of the Social Services Administration. nd his family and to get back to a larger city. Greensboro is delightful city with a reasonable climate. I certainly don't miss the Chicago winters Grandchildren certainly are more fun and less trouble than children. As the saying goes, If I had known this before I would have had them first. I have been gone from the Hammond area for many years and would love to hear from some of you folks who have stayed there as to what it is like now.
