Pete's Story
Wow, where to begin.. After I graduated from Cony High School I went to the University of Maine - Augusta for a year and then I followed my parents to West Orange, NJ. and went to Middlesex County College for a year. I stayed out a year before heading west to Arizona State (GO SUNDEVILS!!!). I graduated in 1982 and came back east to NJ where I started working at ITT. While there I had agreat time for three years. I went to the Carribean on 7 Windjammer cruises, sewed some oats and then went to Warner Robins, GA to start my 20 year career with Robbins-Gioia (a program management firm). I got married for the first time in 1989 to Jackie Townsend and became a ready made family with a 15 year old step daughter. married (I was her third husband) so after a very painful year of finding myself again I got reacquainted with my wife of 15 years Sheree. We got married on Halloween 1994 and had a Haunted House cake for our wedding cake. Well in in 1999 we welcomed our only child to the world, Conner. She is a very outgoing young girl (wonder where she gets that from?) and she is now in 4th grade. We left Warner Robins, GA. behind in 2003 and moved to Fredericksburg, VA. I left Robbins-Gioia in 2006 after 20 years and am now working for SAIC (a big consulting firm). I work in Washington, DC and support the Immigration and Customs Enforcement(ICE)organization of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a Program Manager.
