Leann's Story
Life
After I left Highland Christian Academy, I went to two different schools in MI and ended up in Tarpon Springs, Fla. My senior year was my first year there...it was fun but I was so glad to get out of high school. My life has been a whirlwind since but to make the extremely condensed version, I worked in the restaurant business for years, working my way up till I became a corporate trainer opening restaurants arcross the country. I changed careers to nursing where I am currently still employed. I work for a hospital in the home health division,specializing in geriatrics and hospice cases.Been engaged twice but eluded marriage till I met my wonderful husband Ryan whom I married in March/2002. has had its ups and downs but I have had some wonderful experiences and memories. I am at a time in my life where I have learned to be content with me and my life but still continue to strive to be better...
The Lord has blessed me in so many ways...last year my husband and I went to Paris for a long awaited honeymoon in Oct/2002.
This Jan/2003, I finished my first marathon at the 10th Anniversary Disney Marathon in Orlando,with 22,000 people entered,
making it the worlds largest yet.What an experience and what a sore body afterward!:-D
I can't believe how long it has been since high school. I never graduated from Highlands, but my heart never forgot the friends I had made there.
