Life I am a successfull hairdresser living in Surburban Virginia, a mile south of Old Town, VERY close (10 minute drive) to Washington, D.C.. Old Town (est. 1627) combines the charm of southern colonialism with all that is modern/hip/chic. I've been married to Bill, an I.T. professional for 25 years. We have no children but we do have an adorable little Yorkie and a beautiful grey kitty. Living a mile from the Potomac River, we have enjoyed boating for about 12 years now. We enjoy the wind in our hair as we head south where the river becomes a mile wide and the water is clean and the scenery is beautiful. We meet with friends and family members who also boat on the river,...where we anchor and tie up together and tie our floats to the ends of our boats and relax in the sun. We've owned our little home in our friendly neighborhood for 23 years and have made many friends on the block. Our home has been outfitted for entertaining and we do that often. We have movie nights on the patio, BBQ's, etc..
