Lee's Story
Our grandchildren are our greatest delight. As I said previously, Teresa (Terry) and I enjoy traveling. Last year we took a quick trip to Cabo and followed that up staying at 7400 ft near Lake Tahoe - thank goodness we had the trip to Cabo the temperature dropped to 22 at Tahoe. I realize 22 isn't real cold for my school friends but for this transplanted Californian it was darn cold especially just coming from Cabo.
We just finished a cruise that went from Auckland, New Zealand to Sidney Australia with the HP retirement club. The area was very beautiful both in the cities and out in the country.

re fishing. We were camping with the bears every night and fly fishing for grayling, char, rainbow and salmon during the long summer days. My profile picture was taken with one of the chum salmon I caught.
We saw 17 bear and one I saw from 15 feet when I waded to the side of the Brooks R. and a bear peeked out of the tall grass. We both retreated from each other and I sang bear warning songs for the hike back to Brooks.
I have kept busy helping teach science on a volunteer basis to middle school students and this will be my third summer teaching a class on fuel cells and solar cells to 9th and 10th graders. I'm also working on a class to teach 100 middle school science teachers as a project for my K-12 IEEE Chapter in Santa Clara Valley.
