More about Lee:"The most common mistake people make when asked, "who are you?" or "tell me about yourself" is that they typically reply with their education level, employment, or career objectives. They never do really answer the question "Who are you?" They get it ooooohhhhhh soooooooo wrong!
So, why is that? Because for the most part we (myself included) think or believe that the total of our sum is what we do. In reality, what we do is just a small part of who we are. Who we are drives us right into the arms of our educational, employment and/or career goals.
So, we are all experts in answering "What do you do?", but none or very few of us are experts in answering "Who are you?"
It takes a whole lot of soul searching to be able to answer truthfully, the question: "Who are you?" or "Tell me about yourself."".
